‘The Campsfield [Bail Observation] Project served as a blueprint for the IBOPS [Immigration Bail Observation Project Scotland] and these reports captured a wealth of anecdotal evidence and statistics pertaining to the Bail Proceedings in England and Wales. These provided a useful comparative tool. Additionally, the second Campsfield Report further warned us against treating the FTT Guidance for Judges as correlating to what occurs in practice.’
